Event Dates: Thursday, July 16th, After Maintenance - Thursday, August 13th, Before Maintenance

Event Details

• During the event, you will receive the guide quest, [Guide] Black Combo Card Returns.
  • Milletians will need to have obtained an Arcana or completed Blaanid’s First Memoir before they will receive the guide quest.
• Locate a particularly inconspicuous Special Agent Joe in the Dunbarton Town Square.
• Register a main character with Special Agent Joe.
  
  • You can only register one character per account.
• You will receive the following rewards after completing [Guide] Black Combo Card:
  
  • 5,000 EXP
  • Incomplete Black Combo Card
  • 3x Black Combo Card Special Mission Passes
• The event resets daily at 7:00 AM Server Time.
• When the event ends, the following event quests and event items will be deleted:
  • Special Agent Joe's Special Training Mission Pass, Skill Combo Card Fragments and Skill Black Combo Card Exchange Coupons. 
  • Incomplete Black Combo Cards will be deleted during the maintenance on August 20th, allowing Milletians one additional week to finalize their cards.
  • Note: All Skill Combo Card Fragments and Skill Black Combo Card Exchange Coupons registered in the Auction House will be deleted. Please collect all proceeds from sales before the maintenance. Unreceived sales proceeds will not be recovered and instead to be donated in helping the rebuilding of Dunbarton.

Special Agent Joe's Special Training

• You will receive the daily quest, [Event] Black Combo Card Special Mission.
  
  • You will receive the following rewards after completing the quest:
    • **NEW** Black Combo Card Percentage Increase Ticket Fragment
    • 20,000 EXP
  • Acquire 20 Black Combo Card Percentage Increase Ticket Fragments to merge into a Black Combo Card Percentage Increase Ticket.
• Use the Black Combo Card Special Mission Pass and complete the mission. To enter the mission, right-click "Use" on the pass.
  
  • You are able to choose the difficulty level for the mission.
    
    • Beginner is about the same as the Hard Shadow Missions.
    • Normal is about the same as the Elite Shadow Missions.
    • Advanced is about the same as Tech Duinn Hard Missions.
• You can earn a maximum of 90 Black Combo Card Points per day.
  
  • You will earn 30 Black Combo Card Points for clearing 1 mission, regardless of difficulty level.
• You can enter this mission 5 times a day.
  
  • Entering the mission will count towards the limit, regardless if you succeed or fail the mission.
• You can complete this mission with a party of up to 4 people.
• When completing this mission, you will receive EXP, Gold, and a Treasure Chest Key depending on the difficulty level.
  
  • The treasure chest will grant a random potion, leather/silk/fabric, and Skill Combo Card Fragment of a Talent.
  • The higher the difficulty of the mission, the more Skill Combo Card Fragments and Skill Combo Card Exchange Coupons you will receive.
    
    • Combine 10 Skill Combo Card Fragments of the same Talent to receive a Skill Black Combo Card Exchange Coupon for that talent.
  • The mission consists of 5 waves of Caravan Joe and his cousins... we think. This intel is unconfirmed.
• After participating in Special Agent Joe’s Special Training Missions with three or more Special Passes, you can spend Gold to receive full benefits of clearing the mission again!

Hot Weekends

• On weekends from 7:00 AM Friday - 7:00 AM Monday PDT, you’ll be able to take advantage of the following buffs:
  
  • Free Reroll (once per day)
  • Standard Rerolls (Gold) can be performed up to 5 times per day
  • Special Rerolls (Gold) can be performed up to 3 times per day
• You can receive the Hot Weekend effect by relogging or changing channels anytime after 7:00 AM PDT on Friday, but you will not be able to receive the effect after 7:00 AM PDT on Monday, even if you maintain an uninterrupted login. Be sure to make use of your free and expanded rerolls while they’re available!

Incomplete Black Combo Card

• By completing Special Agent Joe's Special Training Missions, you can receive 30 Combo points, up to 90 Combo points per day.
• Combo points can be used to modify the Incomplete Black Combo Card.
• Right-click "Use" on the Incomplete Black Combo Card in your inventory, then click Customize Combo Card.
  
  • Select a Slot Number of the Incomplete Black Combo Card and choose to change the skill, or unlock the Slot.
  • You can use 90 Combo points and a [Talent] Skill Black Combo Card Exchange Coupon to change one skill of the Incomplete Black Combo Card to a skill of your choice.
  • You can use 60 Combo points to unlock a new skill on the selected Slot Number.
    
    • Note: Slots must be unlocked in order from Slot Number 4 to Slot Number 6.
  • You can click on Bonus Reroll for Slots 2 through 6, and reset the bonus value of the Slot using 30 Combo points.
    • If you wish to use gold to reroll a bonus, you’ll first need to complete the Black Combo Card Mission 3 times for the day.
    • The Bonus Reroll Value is determined by different probabilities within the parameters of each Slot:
      
      • Slot 2: +1~10%
      • Slot 3: +1~12%
      • Slot 4: +1~15%
      • Slot 5: +1~20%
      • Slot 6: +1~30%
  • Once you’ve completed the daily mission 3 times, there are two types of Bonus Rerolls you can spend Gold to perform:
    
    • Standard Reroll: Randomly rerolls the bonus. Can be done twice per day. Costs are determined by which Slot you’re trying to adjust:
      
      • Slot 2: 200,000 Gold
      • Slot 3: 300,000 Gold
      • Slot 4: 450,000 Gold
      • Slot 5: 700,000 Gold
      • Slot 6: 1,500,000 Gold
    • Special Reroll: Randomly rerolls the bonus, but will only apply the new value if it is higher than your current value. Can be done once per day.
      
      • Special Rerolls will cost a flat amount of 1,900,000 Gold per each Slot.
  • Use a Black Combo Card Percentage Increase Ticket to increase the damage multiplier of one of your unlocked slots by 1%.
    
    • Cannot be used on a slot that has reached the maximum value.
• When you are satisfied with the Black Combo Card, click on Complete Combo Card to receive the Black Combo Card in your Combo Card menu.
  
  • Do not complete the card until you are 100% confident that the skills are finalized.
  • Completing the Combo Card is NOT reversible. Even if you complete the card by mistake, you will be unable to reverse that decision.
  • Only one Black Combo Card can be completed during the event period.
• The Black Combo Card will expire in 30 days, but can be extended through Combo Card Extension Coupons or VIP Service.
• Once you have completed the card, you can no longer edit it.
• Similar to normal Combo Cards, you can customize it using Advancement Badges.
