Mabinogi will have a scheduled maintenance on November 20th. During this time, the game will be unavailable. Maintenance is expected to begin at 5:00 AM PST and last approximately 6 hours.

Please note that the estimated length of time for each maintenance is subject to change without notification.

• Pacific (PST, UTC -8): 5:00 AM - 11:00 AM
• Eastern (EST, UTC -5): 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Paris (CET, UTC +1): 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Sydney (AEDT, UTC +11): 12:00 AM (November 21st) - 6:00 AM (November 21st)

To address the following:

• Weekly server upkeep.
• Windows Update.
• Cash Shop maintenance.
• Milletians who have acquired Renown Level 50 will be awarded their titles as per our New Rise Patch Notes.
• Treasure Keys in Uladh Dungeons can no longer be dropped and picked up by other players.

The following bugs will be fixed:

• The Friday VIP Advance Play UI will now correctly display the Rabbie Phantasm Dungeon Pass.
• In Brí Leith, the First Boss will no longer have their HP reduce after the 50% threshold.
• Milletians will no longer experience a drop in Defensive Stats after Rebirthing.
• Pan's Check-in Attendance Event will now display the correct end date on the Event Board UI.

Known Bugs:

• Milletians who had the following items from the Flying High Event earlier this year had the items accidentally removed from their inventory during registration for the Master Plan: New Rise Event. We are looking into a way to restore the lost items and will provide more information at a later date.
  • Spirit Memory Scroll (Level 100)
  • Stardust Memory Scroll (Rank 10)
  • Alban Knights' Condensed Divine Fruit (Untradeable)

• Some Milletians have reported missing points towards their completion progress on Fergseus Forge.
  • As this event is currently underway, please know that this is under investigation and await further information.
• Certain Grandmaster Missions that were obtained before the New Rise Update are not updating properly.

Note:

• The Name Change submission site will be unavailable after 5:00 AM PST time, and will be available after the maintenance.
• The Cash Shop will be unavailable after 5:00 AM PST time, and will be available after the maintenance.
